Incredible quality/price ratio.
What you get is quite good for the amount you pay.
I would just have liked to see more staff during my stay.

We booked a ground-floor room for 2-4 people.

A small problem upon arrival: very poor soundproofing, especially for the Grace Mat. Be careful with the hot water, as we had to rush due to the lack of hot water.

Apart from that, the residence is well located! The welcome is excellent, with direct communication with the manager! As for the dog, we stay close to the walking areas.

Good location in the village.

Safety: Provide a barrier at the top of the stairs to protect young children sleeping in the bunk beds on the mezzanine.

Residence very well located opposite the Poucets and toboggan run, close to shops (residence all within walking distance).
Quiet residence, nevertheless it deserves to be renovated (replace a ceiling in the common circulation areas, also put light bulbs in the common circulation areas), put back a separation between each balcony (in order to have individual balconies), change the shower curtain bar (blocked with a bottle cap), broken or missing tiles,.....
It would be wise to announce that the bedroom is also upstairs and opens directly onto the mezzanine where there are 2 small beds, but which also opens directly onto the staircase. The light from the staircase is that of the mezzanine, so each time the people sleeping on the mezzanine level are awakened... In addition, the mezzanine overlooks the kitchen. Total lack of privacy...
The big plus of this residence is the acceptance of animals.

A good location in relation to the village, quiet residence, parking. Very warm welcome from Isabelle. Very clean apartment which could however do with a little refreshment, the colors are a little sad....
